No, they are professionally made in partnership with another US small business. The designs are professionally adhered to the glass. All designs are hand drawn and created by myself. There are NO templates, SVGs, etc. used.
They can go in the top rack of the dishwasher. I recommend hand washing for extreme longevity. If there are any issues, please reach out.

The entire order will ship together within the preorder timeline. If you want anything separated out to ship earlier then there will be an additional shipping charge. Sweatshirts and mugs are the only items that naturally ship separately so those will start shipping about 2-5 days after ordered, regardless of preorder status.

3-5 days depending on location. Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.
Regular orders ship every Tuesday and Friday. Preorders can take 2-3 weeks to ship.
It happens! We have insurance on all packages. Please reach out within 2 days of receiving your order with pictures of the broken item. We try to send out another item as long as we have the inventory. See policies in regards to refunds.
